Welcome to Red Hook Story House! I’m Par Parekh, a Red Hook-based filmmaker and artist, and Story House is a way of honoring our town’s histories, spirit and folklore. It’s a public storytelling project, part oral history, part micro-museum, and a celebration of the many communities that make up this magical neighborhood.

The inside currently serves as our studio and isn’t open to the public yet, but come by and check out our window displays, a seasonal living installation built by local artist and builder Martina Crivella.
